Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a large bathroom with a good shower but had not been cleaned properly. The happy hour cocktails were a nice touch, though.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and spacious with a large bathroom and a good shower, but the absence of a toilet on the first level was inconvenient. The service was lacking, with rude staff from cleaners to the duty manager, although the Indian Manager stood out positively. The location was convenient, close to various amenities and events, but pleasantly away from noisy spots. The dining included traditional Irish pancakes, which was a nice touch. The facilities were decent overall.
The hotel offers rooms that have not been cleaned, but with breakfast included. Additionally, they provide happy hour cocktails; however, there is no toilet on the first level. The service was very rude, lacking any customer service, except for the duty manager who gave great service. I was surprised at how rude the duty manager was. The location is in a nice area west of Brisbane, very close to events, and right across from the concert venue, with a cafe upstairs serving an excellent breakfast. The dining experience included tandoori dishes. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel's facilities were decent.
The hotel offers happy hour cocktails with an amazing view but lacks a toilet on the first level. The location is in a nice area west of Brisbane, extremely close to a shopping center, with easy access to shops. The dining experience includes homemade soups. Overall, the facilities were in excellent condition.
This hotel was a delightful find! The rooms were spacious and clean, the service was outstanding, and the location was perfect for exploring the bustling area of Brisbane. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and the facilities could use some modernization. Overall, a great value for the money.
